Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products – No Refunds or Exchanges
All sales of digital products are final.
Due to the instant-access, downloadable nature of digital files, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital product purchases.
Once a digital product is purchased and the download link is provided, the sale is considered final.
2. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us with proof of duplicate transactions, and we will review your case.
3. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue (e.g., you didn’t receive your download link, or the file won’t open), please contact us at [email protected], and we’ll do our best to help troubleshoot.
4. Responsibility for Downloads
It is the customer’s responsibility to download and save the product files immediately after purchase.
We are not responsible for lost downloads if files are not saved or if download links expire.
5. Physical Products (If Applicable)
If we begin offering physical products in the future, a separate Shipping & Returns Policy will apply for those items.
(Currently, this Refund Policy applies only to digital products.)
